5 Stars - Truly an outstanding service. As a camera operator for TV & Film, I was recommended Mercari Risk by multiple friends and colleagues in the industry. This recommendation did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. After the nightmare of my van being broken into and tens of thousands in business assets stolen, I turned to Alan Wilkins, Chief Executive Officer of the company. Alan took the time on multiple occasions to guide me through the insurance process with confidence and support. No question was too small and was answered with complete sincerity and honesty. Unprompted updates were provided every step of the way to ensure I was the first to know of any communication with the insurer. 2 weeks after the horrible incident, Alan & Mercari Risk had confirmed a complete pay out to cover loss with absolutely no stress whatsoever. I honestly believe without the support of Mercari Risk and Alan, the business I had grown for over 9 years could have been completely stripped from me. Truly an outstanding service from the start. I could not recommend Mercari Risk enough.

Very efficient and helpful. Had to make a small claim from accidental damage. Claims process was dealt with by a few questions over email and settled within days.
