I’ve been doing a mix of one on one PT with Emily and Skwat strength classes for over two years and couldn’t recommend Emily and Glen enough. If you’re a beginner or a gym goer, the classes are fantastic and really push you to get results. The ladies who attend are super friendly too and you always feel welcome.

Ive been doing a couple of classes a week with the SKWAT fitness team. They are patient, encouraging and very inspiring! Between them they have a huge amount of knowledge and always have the answers to any questions I may have. Emily and Glen are so approachable and have been helping me with my own self confidence for the last couple of months. Helping me to achieve my goals while keeping me motivated and on track. I cannot recommend them enough!

Can’t recommend SKWAT highly enough. I had never set foot in a gym before being brave and signing up to a class. I am so glad I did. Learning how to become healthier, fitter and to lift weights correctly has changed how I feel about myself, slowing but surely helping to rebuild my confidence. My only regret is not finding SKWAT sooner! Go get yourself booked on to these friendly, accommodating classes and enjoy getting fitter. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have attended SKWAT classes pre pregnancy, whilst pregnant and now post partum. Throughout this, the team have been supportive and knowledgeable, helping me to stay fit and strong especially during my pregnancy. I had never really enjoyed exercise but the classes are welcoming and enjoyable. The team have created an environment where women can support and celebrate each other, it's a great community to be part of.

I have been with the team for 5 months now and cannot recommend enough, the support has been amazing. The content they provide alongside the check ins are so motivating and really help you to hit your goals. The workouts can be changed round what you want and adapted as you want. If you are on the fence about signing up I would just say go for it!

I’ve been with Emily for just one month now and oh my goodness….she is absolutely incredible. In just one month I have seen so much change in my body, I feel so confident, I’m eating better with a healthier lifestyle. Better mentally and just so so many things I am so happy with. This is your sign to start your fitness journey, I can’t wait to see my grown in another month!!

Amazing personal coaching! Absolutely about helping you adjust your lifestyle to lose weight and keep it off. Learn about nutrition and ways to manage weight, without giving anything up. Worth every penny. Emily has supported me right through pregnancy and now post pregnancy, and with a 4 month old baby I'm nearly my lightest weight in the last year, with very little effort on my part! If you want real change that's gonna last, look no further!

I’ve been a client of Emily’s for a while now and can’t recommend her enough. I’ve had great results because Emily has guided me through and educated me on how to eat well but how to incorporate this to everyday life. Her exercises are tailored to my needs and ability which are adapted when I need them to be. Emily is always available to answer questions and gives weekly feedback. I love her recipes and social content too. Always there to give new ideas and keeps things current. Emily is my biggest cheerleader and supports me all the way!

Highly recommend Emily at SKWAT. I absolutely hated exercise my whole life, then in lock down I decided to join their 4 week challenge as a friend had done their previous challenge and had amazing results! Since then, I have taken part in about 3 of their challenges, won 2 of them!! 😛 I have also attended many of Emily’s classes In her studio, at one point I was doing 2 classes a week whilst pregnant and Emily was fantastic and knew her stuff when it come to pregnant women and exercising! My love for exercise has continued thanks to Emily!

I look forward to attending the Senior Squad class at SKWAT Fitness Coaching every week. Emily is so enthusiastic and motivating without being pushy. She makes sure we are doing each move correctly and is mindful of each individual's needs and limitations. It's a relaxed, fun setting and I can see results already after only a month. Highly recommended for anyone intimidated by a gym environment and wanting that personal training experience.
