Recently hired a mobility scooter from John and Kay which was delivered to Concert car park for my use and collected when event finished. Made my life so easy.

Helpful staff. Need a battery and they are going to fit after finding correct one for me.

Brought mother in law slippers, she said, very comfortable and easy to put on with the velcro strap

These people are amazing. Customer service is beyond excellent. Hired two scooters to use at Exbury. Service on the phone was outstanding. Called for some advice on wheelchair hire, left a message & had a call straight back from John. Therein followed a quick drive down to Hythe. Really helpful, enabling me to hire a wheelchair for my mum at very short notice & for her to leave the house for the first time in nearly a year (MS mobility concerns & covid). Many thanks to John for his assistance & enthusiasm. Very much appreciated & maybe I can get mum to take a look at the scooters next time!

Hired a mobility scooter for the week due to broken ankle. Scooter was top notch and reasonable priced for hire. The shop explained everything simply and it was easy to use. Only issue i had were the problems with lack of dropped curbs and the endless bumpy pavements in hythe. Thank.you KJ Mobility for allowing me to get out with my kids this week!

Very helpful couple, very packed shop with pretty much everything. Sat and chatted and wasnt rushed at all. This time around I brought a scooter bag which John fitted on for me, and also the handi bar for my car, which is an amazing little helper. But John explained the safety issues around this and what I should be looking for if I wanted to buy one. Lovely experience to shop in a delightfuly run little business. Thankyou :)
