I contacted Sue at busy bee mortgages based off a word of mouth recommendation - I gave her 10 days to sort out a remortgage and sue to my schedule I had next to no opportunity to see her face to face. She found us a deal that beat our current lender offer and all offers via online comparisons. Sue then managed everything online so I didn’t need to move my schedule around, she communicated every single step so I always knew where in the process we were, she chased everything for us to make sure everything was done and dusted in time and was just all round flipping fantastic.
