Came it today with my 93 year old nan looking for slippers, Frankie was very patient and helped my nan choose 2 pairs of slippers, my nan struggles to find any shoes or slippers to fit her as she has arthritis in her feet. Frankie was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be taking my nan back there.

Lovely little shoeshop with knowledgable staff who understand the needs of elderly disabled and diabetic people, who have special requirements not usually met by High Street retailers. They worked wonders for my foot pain and the footware they sold me were marked Made in England. Not China. Now that was a pleasant and welcome surprise. Highly recommended. And the only local retailer in the wider Southampton area of the Cosyfeet brand of wider-fitting footware.

For someone who has wide and swollen feet this shoe shop is a gold mine. There are a wide range of styles to choose from and the service is impeccable. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I thoroughly recommend this shop.
