Diabolical! Asked for a bouquet for my wife’s birthday which was also a gift from our daughter and a memorial for my wife’s angel twin and angel baby and these lot sent a bouquet wrapped in plastic and shoved in a vase! no water! no feed! just left to dry out and die. They even managed to “scrawl” names wrong! the handwriting was that bad it looked like it was written by stevie wonders left foot. The flowers arrived Sat, and were half dead by Sunday! I have no idea who wrote that card but our 4yo could do better. It was supposed to read: For on the day when you miss them the most, I hope this bouquet will reach your soul, among these flowers are petals from all of those, baby Bee, Jasmine and Alicia Rose. I love you Gem, Happy Birthday xxxx Clearly not! who are boby Bee, jcsmine alicic ruse and bem? Absolutely the worst florist i’ve ever come across! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone EVER!! Absolutely ruined a sentimental gesture!

The flowers that I sent to a friend arrived well packaged, fresh and in a lovely presentation bouquet. She is delighted with them as they are so beautiful. Thank you for a great service, a smooth transaction and good communication.

Lovely flowers. I emailed to get an update on the delivery and I got a quick response. Delivered on time. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. They seem to be slightly cheaper then other competitors with free delivery too!

AVOID!!! WOULDNT OF EVEN GIVE THEM A STAR BUT HAD TOO. My mum ordered flowers for my nans funeral with plenty of notice. They was supposed to be delivered on the 14th March before 3pm and they never arrived! Many phone calls and emails later and they just ingnored all contact!! My nans funeral was on the 15th march at 10am so it was vital we got the flowers in time! If the day couldn't get any worse it did they flowers never got delivered on the 14th they was delivered on the day of my nans funeral 7 hours after it had finished they turned up at 5pm! When they did arrive they was all damaged! The wreath was in 3 Pieces the Flowers Boxes all damaged!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! No contact form Amelia's Florist no apology NOTHING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Ordered and paid for same day delivery, it was important they arrived same day to my daughter. At 1.40 am the next morning an email was sent to ask when they could redeliver the flowers!! I had left a note on the order details for them to be left round the back if out. I rang at 9.15am, but phone lines were closed. Very cross and disappointed!!

To much of our sadness, my sister and I were unable to attend our aunties funeral so we chose some flowers to represent us. However, what was delivered was not what we ordered. I ordered a Double Ended Spray. On the day, I sent this picture along with my invoice to Amelia's and have asked for an explanation everyday since. Melissa replies but all she says is... shes needs to take this up with John and will look into it, but a week on, they still haven't got back to me, not even an apology or accountability. (I also sent another email this morning). I'm really debating to go back through my credit card to claim back my £60.

I ordered ‘Same-Day Flowers’ from Amelia’s Florist for my mum’s 70th birthday and they arrived two days later. Massively dissatisfied and disappointed. On top of that, the customer service was not good at all. Melissa refused to cancel my order after they didn’t arrive on the first day. This should have been enough. I then asked several more times and for a refund, none of which happened. I spent £60 on flowers that arrived two days after my mum’s birthday. It was a complete waste of time and money. I would give zero stars if I could.

I would give no stars if it let me. Terrible service ordered next day delivery and 3 days on still no flowers . Totally ruined the occasion I was sending them for . Mellisa did reply to a couple of emails saying that they were on the way and an excuse about why it wasn't next day delivery.. I raised concerns about them being 3 days already in transit the reply was "they are in oasis" Have requested a refund but so far no response have tried to phone but phone lines continually closed even though automated message gives opening times and im calling at those times .My advise is do not use unless you just want to give money away for nothing . Just to add to the above review the flowers arrived 3 days late and where nothing like what was ordered unfortunately the page will jot let me add pictures.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. The flowers I paid for were supposed to be the large size, there were regular & medium size below this, so for £38.95 I expected alot more flowers than 12. I emailed a few times, & got a reply each time, but like others on here, was told the matter would be taken up with the management, as I asked for a refund equal to the amount I paid for one of the bouquets, as I had ordered two.This is now 3 days ago, & I have heard nothing more, I assume they are hoping I will just give up. Although the flowers that arrived were nice, as I asked my recipient for a photo, 'im afraid I cannot recommend this company, due to their poor value for money, & bad customer service.

Wouldn't even give 1 star! Ordered flowers for a bereaved colleague. Never arrived. Called and was promised an email update. 2 weeks later and still nothing. I was ordering for a company so could have put a lot of business there way. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! save your money. Reviews says it all.
