Very goodpricrs and lovely staff

Based on my first visit to this salon, Jen and Corrine made me feel welcome. The salon does look dated but their friendliness and hair knowledge is really what your there for. They had a Wella Educator there at the time training other staff and I found it all very interesting how products get updated and how to adapt to the new products. Seeing this, as well as Corrine having many years of experience I started to feel confident that I would be looked after. At no point did I feel like I was being rushed through the system as you can feel at some salons especially at busy periods. I had purposefully searched for a salon that uses Wella as I was happy with the colours I was getting from my previous hairdresser, but having moved house was worried could go wrong as I’ve had a previous horror story with my hair going drastically wrong, before my wedding no less, even though I had asked for a consultation before and went 6 months before my wedding to ensure I’d have enough time to get it right. Basically I was rushed through and not really understood and in no part of the process did they confirm with me what I was after, even though I said this doesn’t look right. Unfortunately I went back 4 times as they assured me they could fix it. They didn’t it got worse and I had to go to another salon in the end and have my entire hair bleach bathed not a pleasant procedure as it feels like someone is washing your hair with clay, in order to remove the colour they had put in and then try and fix the colour from there. Anyway Corinne and Sofia (the educator) went above and beyond to work out what colour and order to do my hair in and also explained to me why a certain way was better in summer than in winter and the best way to keep my hair at it’s best health. This was wonderful to hear as my last hairdressers would change routine on me and I wouldn’t know why and when it came to booking again I wasn’t sure what to book, the same again or what we had done previously. They even said they’ll order a Wella product in for me that I was getting from my last hairdressers. :D I’m very happy with this salon, my hair colour is lovely and will be returning. Thank you ladies.
