Delicious bakery and good stock of everything else, only 1 star down because the checkout queues are long as they usually only open half of them. Would benefit from self checkout machines

This is a shame. I like this brand as it really does have some great items that you can't find elsewhere and prices for produce and meat is very good. At this branch they never have enough tills open so on my visit I abandoned my trolley (sorry). One till open with 12 people in the queue. Some had small basket but others had full loads. After standing there for a while I waited to here the announcement that another till was about to open. That never came so after 12 minutes of waiting with no movement and the estimated time for me to reach the till being past 30 minutes I left and went to the compilation and served quickly. Ok. I may have spent more but my time that afternoon was more precious so I think I ultimately saved. Real shame they can't get the tills to expedite customers

Very convenient for me as I can walk here always great bargains with the app freebie s too, the only fault is the lack of tilliers when it's busy and they throw your shopping down the belt

the wife decided to send me shopping with my list in hand of I went. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful only one Criticism would be the speed for the check out a little bit to fast for me

Miserable unhelpful staff, I dislike my job but i put a face on and i am friendly towards people. My visit today has made me decide to drive to Morrisons or tesco in future

Only 2 cashiers. Had to queue for 15 mins. 1 cashier was shouting across to the other while serving. I dont like the shop.

The only Lidl Ihave been into where the staff seem to care for the company that pays the wages. Not once have I had a bad experiance from the staff on the tills. It may not be to everyones liking,however, there are no self service tills here. Great news for me as they never seem to work in any shop I go into. Nothing wrong with interacting with a real person and que like we always used to.

Tried to buy two seat cushions for £6.99 which come in a set. I have previously bought this item from Nursling store. Because the wrapper was missing they tried to charge me £6.99 for each seat pad! Wouldn't listen when I tried to explain. Very poor customer service and not enough check outs open.
